Earth Day 2016 Workday

 Happy Earth Day from the Mālaola!

We had a great evening workday to celebrate Earth Day! The air was cool and many little hands came out to help pull weeds and gather crown flowers and ti leaf. Mahalo to all of the helping hands that have made the Mālaola a little oasis!

for all their hard work and dedication to our Mālaola! 

 

Our battle continues against the weeds at the Mālaola- but this month we had the helping hands of the Dupont Pioneer employees who helped us to clear weeds AND place weed cloth. Hopefully we will get an upper-hand on the weeds!
